Welcome
In my own life, I’ve found healing through drama, movement, and song.
Many people don't understand the ways Filipinos have built this country. We are your caregivers, your nurses, in the bowels of your cruise ships. We have relatives in the Philippines we're providing for. My work creates space for these stories to be witnessed — and for all of us to examine deep-rooted feelings of not being enough while surviving and thriving in the New World.
What I love most about Enough Free is that it honors the truth. These are my stories. I channel ancestors. Sometimes I go into trance. My audiences tell me they laugh, roll their eyes, and sigh at the same time.
I hope my shows create space for reflection, dialogue, and collective liberation.
Thank you for being here. I hope this website is useful, and I look forward to connecting with you soon.
Robyn
Short BioRobyn DeGuzman is an international solo performance artist who creates collective liberation through drama, movement, and song.
After three Broadway touring seasons—Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Elf The Musical, and Miss Saigon—Robyn shifted from performing in other people's stories to telling her own.
Her solo work, Enough Free, creates brave spaces where Pinay audiences see themselves reflected and all audiences leave transformed. It has been featured at the Asian American Psychological Association Convention, Third Thursday Berkeley, and venues throughout California.
Today, Robyn devotes herself to empowering others as a mother, teacher, and solo performance artist whose work reminds us who we are, where we came from, and what has been stolen from us.
